FIRST TIME VISITORS: Rossmoor is a gated community. If you are a first time visitor, and not a resident of Rossmoor, please contact us at least 48 hours before your first visit so that we can give your name(s) to the gate personnel. When you enter through one of the visitor lanes on the left, they may ask to see your driver's license. Sometimes it helps to say "I am visiting Hope Lutheran Church" but other times they may check names against their list of expected guests.
Directions from the Rossmoor Front Gate to the Fireside Room:
- At the gate mention Hope Lutheran Church
- Proceed from the Gate along Rossmoor Parkway to the first stop sign.
- Turn right onto Golden Rain Rd.
- Turn left right away into the big main parking lot of the Gateway Clubhouse.
- As you face the main portico entrance of the clubhouse, turn right and walk to the end of the building.
- Turn left and then walk straight ahead to the entrance of the Fireside Room in the next building over. (This is NOT the clubhouse!)
- Look for the white Hope Lutheran Church folding sign at the doors.
