For information about joining any of the groups listed below, please send an email to hoperossmoor@gmail.com, or contact the church office at (925) 709-4673 (voicemail only). Please specify which group you are interested in joining, and provide us with your name and contact information.   • Lenten gatherings

    Pastor Andreas will be leading Lenten Gatherings from 1:30 to 3pm on Wednesdays during Lent (March 12, 19 & 26 and April 2 & 9). All members are welcome! Please call Pastor Andreas for more information.

  • Women of hope bible study

    Women Of Hope – The women's Bible study group meets on the second Saturday of each month, from 10:00-11:30am in the Mulligan Room at the Creekside Complex. Check the weekly Worship Bulletin for more information. The group uses "Gather, the magazine of Women of the ELCA" (WELCA). https://www.gathermagazine.org/

  • Pastor's bible study

    Led by Pastor Andreas Pielhoop, the Pastor's Bible Study group meets regularly on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, from 1 to 3pm in Card Room 1 (Upstairs) at the Stanley Dollar Clubhouse, 1015 Stanley Dollar Dr., Walnut Creek. All are welcome!

  • Lunch in homes (Fellowship)

    An excellent way to make new and better friends while celebrating the Lord's generosity, the Lunch In Homes group is ideal for those members who want to keep their evenings open or who would rather not drive at night.   • Dinner in homes (fellowship)

    The Dinner In Homes group provides an opportunity for church members to share a good meal together, grow or strengthen friendships, and celebrate God's goodness in the warmth of a home setting. Times and locations vary. Please check the weekly Worship Bulletin for more information.

  • Going out to dinner (Fellowship)

    Providing the same fellowship opportunities as the other "In Homes" groups, the Going Out To Dinner group shares in God's bounty by visiting many of the fine eating establishments of the local communities. Times and locations vary. Please check the weekly Worship Bulletin for more information.

  • fourth Wed. lunch group (Fellowship)

    Meeting on the 4th Wednesday of each month, this small group meets for food and fellowship in Jesus' name at either "The Hangout" or the "Creekside Grill".  Check the weekly Worship Bulletin for more information.
